Kral Ussery LLC announced today that it is open for business as a newly formed public accounting firm. The new firm is the result of a merger of long-standing professional services firms Candela Solutions LLC and Pt. Platinum Consulting, LLC. Kral Ussery is headquartered in the city of Southlake in the Dallas metropolitan area, with an additional office in Las Vegas.
